Rehabilitation of Multimedia Filters of Seawater Revese Osmosis Plant.

Complete drain of the filter media (sand  gravel and anthracite); Internal high pressure freshwater wash; Inspection of rubber lining; Repair of damaged rubber lining; Spark testing for repaired areas, Check internal distribution inlet & outlet pipe; Check water collectors and carry out repairs if required.

Replace described nozzles; Refill gravel, sand and anthracite to the desired levels; Proceed backwash processes; Sterilization with sodium hypochlorite solution for duration of 12 hours ; testing & commissioning.
