Design and build works to upgrade/refurbish Al Quoa WWTP and other associated components from 3,250m3/day to 6,900m3/day. the scope includes design and builds of inlet lifting station, headworks, aeration tanks, clarifiers, filtration building, chlorination building, sludge thickener, sludge stabilization system by lime mixing facilities, sludge drying beds, TSE storage reservoir capacity of 20,000 m3, the Final Effluent Pump Station (FEPS), Substation, Electrical & Control Building, Air Blower Building, including internal roads, and all ancillary works and Testing and Commissioning.

The Scope of works includes 4,700 m of TSE distribution pipeline from the Effluent Pump Station at the plant to Al Quoa main park reservoir.
