Provision of the O&M services to the relevant assets falling within the project area, all spare parts required to keep the facilities operational and in fit condition. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping in all facilities at all times. Preparing, implementing and keeping up-to-date comprehensive quality assurance systems, health and safety plans and environment management systems. Disposal of green waste materials in accordance with the ADDC requirements, including composting and re-use.
